Multi-Layer & High-Speed PCB Design
High-speed design is where PCB layout stops being a routing exercise and becomes electrical engineering. We plan stack-ups around your controlled-impedance requirements before layout begins, route differential pairs (USB, Ethernet, LVDS, HDMI) with matched length and proper reference planes, and manage via stubs, return paths and crosstalk on boards running DDR memory, high-speed serdes or RF front ends.
For dense designs we work in 8 to 16+ layer stack-ups, using blind and buried vias where component pitch demands it, with power integrity simulation on rails feeding switching regulators and sensitive analog sections. Every high-speed net gets a documented routing strategy, not a best-effort attempt.
